Sounds logical doesn't it? Just keep using your shield when he comes to hit you. Whenever he does a downward smash to the ground, block, run up a little and do a jump attack. Note: When you get up to the part you are about to do an air spin, tap slowly instead of mashing keys. You should be able to hit the boss around 6 times if you do it right. There's a .5 second interval in-between. This goes for the same with ground spin.

Description: Consecutively hit boss with your ground spin attack 6 times.

To do a groundspin, attack the boss with air attacks until the point that he begins to shoot cannonballs towards you. Shield ONLY when the cannonball is about midway to making contact with you. The cannonball you deflect will home into the boss's head. Do this three times in a row and he will be dizzy. Aside from getting the TKO medal, run up to him and start hitting the a button. As soon as you hit him with your first groundspin attack, start tapping the attack key in a .5 second interval in between just like the air spin. You should be able to get it. If not, don't worry. Practice makes perfect.
